The room was spacious, well-lit, and warm, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was accommodating and prompt in addressing any issues. I particularly appreciated the manager's exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to rectify a minor incident without charging us, showcasing a rare level of generosity in hospitality. The hotel's assistance with ski equipment rental and the seamless check-in process added value to our stay. However, limited parking may be a concern for some guests, and the absence of certain amenities like a spa or jacuzzi might be noted by those seeking additional luxuries. Alti'Pic provides a clean, functional accommodation with friendly service, suitable for those prioritizing convenience and efficiency over extravagant features.
